• All payments to Lap World Tours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name change fee may apply.

• If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current. You must ensure your roommate (if applicable) is also making timely payments.
• Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Lap World Tours Team. Failure to notify us may result in a $250 name change fee plus any vendor fees.
• Late Payments: A fee of $250 per person will be assessed after the final payment due date.
• Reinstatement Fee: If your booking is canceled due to non-payment, a $250 reinstatement fee per person is required, along with any past-due balance, in order to reinstate your booking.
